We pack all of our orders entirely by hand in our Mansfield, Massachusetts studio. All orders typically ship in 4-5 business days and then an extra 3-6 business days can be expected for delivery with tracking information provided by email notification.
All sales are final. Each hand-painted item is packaged carefully to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. If there’s a problem with your piece, please contact us at daneneelise@gmail.com within three days of receipt so we can work with you to replace or exchange the item for store credit. Unfortunately, shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. We recommend obtaining a tracking number for your return shipment.
